Upon confirming the reservation and settling the full payment for the trip, a binding contract is established between the client and the company, governed by the following Terms and Conditions:
The website www.cz-travel.com is operated by Czech Travel Services s.r.o., VAT ID: 27607984, headquartered at Praha 4 – Krč, U Krčské vodárny 1134/63, ZIP 14000 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”). The Operator is responsible for organizing and selling optional trips in the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “Trip”).
Trip booking is completed by the client through filling out the reservation form available on the website www.cz-travel.com. Once submitted, the client will receive a booking confirmation.
The Operator reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings or bookings with incorrect or incomplete information.
The Operator may adjust the trip departure time via SMS or email, no later than 22:00 (Czech time) on the day prior to the trip.
The client is fully responsible for ensuring that the mobile number and email address provided in the booking remain active and accessible throughout the contractual period. If the Operator is unable to deliver messages, it is assumed that the client is at fault. The client is also responsible for checking messages in a timely manner.
Payment for the trip or any required deposit as specified by the Operator can be made by bank card or via transfer to the Operator’s designated bank account. Payment is considered complete only after the amount is received in the Operator’s account.
The Operator is not responsible for any payment delays on the client’s side, which may result in booking cancellation.
The booking becomes binding once confirmed and fully paid.
The client may cancel the trip without providing a reason up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and will receive a full refund, unless otherwise stated for specific trips.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@cz-travel.com, SMS, or phone call to +420 777 772 295, no later than 24 hours prior to the trip.
If the client fails to show up without prior cancellation, or cancels after the deadline, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded, unless otherwise specified for certain trips.
Complaints must be raised during the trip directly with the accompanying guide. If the issue cannot be resolved immediately, a complaint report will be drafted with the guide.
If contact with the guide is not possible, the complaint can be submitted within 7 days after the trip via email to info@cz-travel.com.
The complaint must include trip details, client contact information, and the reason for the complaint.
The Operator will respond to complaints within 30 business days from the date of receipt.
The departure time from the client’s hotel or accommodation is approximate and will be confirmed the day before the trip via email or SMS.
Clients are requested to wait in the hotel lobby or in front of the accommodation unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
If the client is not present at the specified location and time, and the guide cannot reach them, the trip will be considered canceled without prior notice, and the applicable cancellation terms will apply.
The Operator reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trip due to force majeure or government regulation changes.
If the guide does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the client must immediately contact the Operator’s hotline at +420 777 772 295.
All trip departure times follow the local time zone of the Czech Republic.
For some trips, pricing varies based on the child’s age. These conditions are specified individually for each trip.
